To aid and assist in every way possible in the conservation of all our natural resources; to aid in the propagation of fish, wildlife, and forests when and wherever possible; to aid and assist in the prevention of and clearing up polluted waters; to promote good sportsmanship, and to urge others to abide by and aid in all worthy civic enterprises, including the education and recreation of the community.
