The new car dealers of west texas, inc. Is a regional member organization with a membership comprised of individuals and organizations engaged in business in one or more of the counties located in the western portion of the state of texas, as set forth in the organization's bylaws. Members are engaged in new motor vehicle sales and service, or are parties to a franchise agreement with a manufacturer of motor vehicles or are authorized distributors of motor vehicle manufacturers.
