NCLF launched Cafe Melange inside San Francisco City Hall in partnership with three Bayview restaurants investing over $100,000 to support a collective-ownership model that builds generational wealth. The foundation also initiated development of Soul Station at 210 Jones Street - a forthcoming restaurant and creative cultural hub set to open in 2026 - and contracted 185 artists musicians chefs and entrepreneurs putting $678,884.41 directly into the hands of local creatives

New Community Leadership Foundation NCLF provided one-on-one coaching technical assistance and grant-access support to 107 small businesses throughout San Francisco with a focus on underserved and historically disenfranchised communities. The organization helped secure and distribute more than $1.5 million in grants to sustain and grow these enterprises strengthening the citys local economy and building pathways to equitable wealth creation

NCLF launched the Mission Possible platform - 24 online business-training modules available in Vietnamese Mandarin and English - to make entrepreneurship training more accessible. The program distributed $105,000 in mini-grants and provided customized support to seven immigrant-owned businesses in the Tenderloin-Little Saigon neighborhood
