To prepare opportunity youth for work and life by providing the jobs, training, education, and support they need to discover and achieve their potential so that they can transition to independent adulthood.

Programs

2 programs

Education program:our high school equivalency program is designed to support youth in achieving a ged or hiset, with small classes, 1:1 tutoring, and rolling enrollment. Our postsecondary education program guides young adults to explore and navigate postsecondary education opportunities through 1:1 individualized tutoring and preparation workshops modeled on courses offered at community colleges.

Career services:our career services offers two programs, career search accelerator and introduction to skilled trades (i2st). Career search accelerator offers rapid job readiness support through short-term intensives and individualized coaching. Our i2st program is the foundation work for our advanced manufacturing pathway, encompassing a variety of disciplines, including automotive, machining, welding, and more and opening doors to in-demand careers.
