Incorporated in january 2001, as a nonprofit public benefit corporation to advance vocational, technical education and training of young men and women; and, to manage, operate, guide, direct, and promote charter school. It currently provides administrative and education support service to 5 public charter high schools of "at-promise" students in florida.
