The New England Bioscience Society NEBS was founded in 1984 to support Korean scientists in the Boston and New England area NEBS currently has around 1000 members primarily researchers affiliated with renowned institutions such as Harvard MIT Yale Tufts and UMass Our members work across a variety of fields including basic biology biotechnology bioengineering and medical research NEBS hosts monthly seminars and an annual conference to facilitate the exchange of research industry trends and networking opportunities among members Our annual conference is a premier event uniting Korean industries and researchers to foster collaboration through presentations company showcases and recruiting opportunities NEBSs mission is to empower Korean scientists in the New England area by expanding their professional networks and supporting their career success
