The new foster care will show the love of jesus christ by making a measurable, meaningful, and transformative change in the michigan foster care system and in the lives of those who have experienced foster care by: 1) providing direct service programs and devolping models to fill gaps in the system that can be used as best practices throughout michigan. 2) partnering with the state and local agencies to develop, fund, and implement innovative pilot programs; 3) researching and advancing policy and legislative action to reform the foster care system.
