Statewide family engagement grant - the purpose of the statewide family engagement centers (sfec) program is to provide financial support to organizations that provide technical assistance and training to state educational agencies (seas) and local educational agencies (leas) in the implementation and enhancement of systematic and effective family engagement policies, programs, and activities. This programming is intended to lead to improvements in student development and academic achievement. Congressionally directed funding - some college, no degree seeks to improve completion rates of nh residents that have left college without a degree. By prioritizing research, identification of best practices and utilization proven strategies the project is working towards creating a culture that encourages students who have stopped out of higher education to return to complete their postsecondary degrees.
