To promote the training and ongoing education of soccer officials under thelaws of the game as amended by the Federation Internationale de FootballAssociation (FIFA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), as wellas promote the safety, equality and enjoyment of the sport of soccerthroughout the State of New Hampshire.
