Preschool program - child care, meals, snacks, educational programs and trips.

The pennsylvania pre-k counts program administered by the organization provides half-day and full-day pre-kindergarten education to eligible children ages 3 and 4. Eligibility is limited to children who are at least 3 years old and not yet of kindergarten entry age, who are considered at risk of academic failure, and who reside in families with incomes up to 300 percent of the federal poverty. The program also gives additional consideration to children who are english language learners or have special needs.
