Mission
The center provides resources for victims of domestic violence and homelessness including shelter services, emergency counseling and referrrals to other agencies; assist families with problems of domestic violence; provides education on problems and solutions of domestic violence; works with law enforcement agencies.

Rape crisis hotline and rape education; provided legal and health resource coordination; provided rape and domestic violence training for 13 legal and medical professionals; organized 27 community presentations on rape/violence prevention and awareness with 406 attending.
Provided and maintained transitional housing apartments for 8 women and their children who have been vicitms of domestic violence. Provided social and financial education while tenants worked toward self-sufficiency.
