Community program and job coaching - community program includes youth based learning and job support programs such as school to work transition and pre employment transition services where there is a job readiness and on the job training correlation of the individuals served. Additionally, we offer customized job exploration to match the skill and readiness of the individual served. We assisted 126 individuals with obtaining employment with average wages of $12.69. Program served 277 people.

Vocational evaluation and work adjustment - vocational evaluation and work adjustment offers evaluations and assessments to plan and design job shadows that utilizes the individuals goals, strengths and areas of improvement to match their job readiness with the right employers. Program served 53 people.
