New jersey advancement and advocacy for intellectual and developmental disabilities (njaaidd) is an independently incorporated 501(c)(3) organization affiliated.the organizations goals are to:1. Enhance the capacity of professionals who work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabiliteis through best practices and advocating for progresive policies and practices.2. Participate in the development of a society that fully includes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.3. To empower people with disabilites and families to live in the community as a valued part of the community.4. The development of resources to be controlled by people with intellectual and developmental disabilites and where needed their families.
