State Charity Program-Each year, student leaders at our member schools raise thousands of dollars for a special State Charity that is chosen by their state officers each April.
Winter Convention-Since 1927, each January the Student Council leaders of New Jersey and their advisors convened to elect their State Officers. Fall Business Meeting-over 1000 student leaders and their advisors convened to shape the business of the NJASC for the coming year. The Fall Business Meeting provides nationally recognized motivational speakers, networking and a means for sharing ideas with the schools throughout New Jersey. Students seeking to run for state office and student councils participating in Standards of Excellence-an invaluable Council idea exchange and evaluation program-are REQUIRED to attend special sessions conducted at this NJASC meeting.
NASC National Conference-The NJASC State officers lead the New Jersey delegation of students and advisers to this annual national event. At the NASC National Conference delegates and advisors meet, network and share ideas with fellow leaders from across the United States and Canada.
