The organization's exempt purposes are to promote the principles of commercial honor and integrity in the retail and/or wholesale sale of used motor vehicles. The organization will also endeavor to further the legitimate interests of its members, keep its members informed on a variety of business matters, practices, trends and legislation and provide special products and services to its members.
