Dedicated to protecting our precious natural resources by elevating the importance of environmental issues in public discourse and increasing the efficacy of the entire environmental community.

Programs

Clean energythe organization educates the public on climate change and energy issues affecting the garden state, about the harmful impacts of fossil fuel infrastructure, and in particular, elevating environmental justice and low- and moderate-income communities through public events and public communications. It also convenes other nonprofit organizations focused on environmental protection to devise new ways to engage the public and to guide the implementation of key policy and regulatory proceedings, particularly for clean renewable energy sources, to ensure the maximum amount of pollution is removed from our air.

Land preservation, energy affordability, and pollution reduction public education & other programsnew jersey lcv education fund works on the ground educating the public through community presentations and events, conversations where people live and work, and paid and earned media about critical environmental issues. These include ensuring every newjerseyan has green spaces close to their homes, significant financial savings from community solar available to low-income families, health benefits of non-fossil fuel energy generation, as well as building heating, and learning from community members what environmental issues are most important to their families and businesses.additionally,the organization also advanced racial justice in the watershed by facilitating educational opportunities for peer environmental organizations to protect the delaware river watershed.
