The welfare fund is established to provide for residents by supplementing services and maintain a quality of life for the residents through various activities programs and events

Cable tv - we provide residents with led flat screen tv sets and cable service for their rooms along with large screen tvs for activities, lounge and dining rooms. Basic cable services provided to residents at no charge. Wifi services are available in the library and bowling alley.
The receation department provides welcome baskets, newspapers, magazines, holiday gifts to residents and annual volunteer thank you luncheon.
