New Memphis Institute

The fellows program is a 10-month engagement that gives high-performing, mid-career leaders the tools, experiences and connections needed to become change agents, inclusive leaders and qualified city ambassadors. Core to the curriculum is the development and implementation of community action projects (cap) designed to build capacity of existing nonprofit organizations. There are almost 200 caps that have been completed to date. (1,100 persons benefited).

Embark was developed to equip promising early professionals with the training to set a course for their career and the opportunity to network with others ready to make a difference in the community (1,400 persons benefited).
