Each category has several nominees in the industry and the particulars of their projects are presented during the banquet with one winner per category that is selected to demonstrate excellence in that category. Attended by several hundred industry members and leaders.

Annual educational seminar for one-half day that serves as both educational to the membership attending as well as an opportunity for members to present topics of interest and relevance to the local real estate community and NAIOP membership.
