To support education and research which will result in greater conservation of natural resources, general preservation of the environment, improvement in agriculture, eradication of livestock diseases, better understanding of local government and its effect upon agriculture. Also, to provide scholarships for persons studying agriculture and to develop and maintain a library of resources for teachers.
