New orleans video access center, inc. Believes storytellers empower communities, so we empower storytellers, through community media services, youth media education and workforce development programming in se louisiana since 1972.

Youth media education: novac's born digital youth media programs engage students in new orleans and throughout southeast louisiana in technical and artistic education in digital media platforms. Novac is a provider of high school courses that count towards graduation, as well as summer camps and pop up workshops, serving 500+ students per year.
