The connecticut and suburban new york naiop chapter provides value to its members and the communities in which they live and work throughout programs and member communication to share knowledge on real estate issues and market trends while also promoting effective public policy. This chapter is committed to assisting the commercial real estate industry of connecticut and suburban new york through it's association with naiop's national team of legislative analysts that help shape future legislation and consequently the future of their business endeavors. Additionally, this chapter provides a voice in state and regional issues affecting commercial real estate. This chapter is composed of leaders dedicated to fostering an environment for regional growth.
