The new york international arbitration center nyiac was formed to advance, strenthen and promote the conduct of international arbitration in new york. Nyiac does not administer arbitrations. Nyiac develops programs and materials about international arbitration, the application of new york law in international arbitration, and the recognition, enforcement and implementation in new york of arbitral awards. Arbitration hearings are hosted by nyiac for any duration of time and nyiac is dedicated to educating the global community about new york as a choice of law and seat arbitration.
