The new york rangers alumni association is organized for the purpose of raising funds for and supporting the efforts of other irc 501(c)(3) organizations that promote the public good by: - designing and providing programs and services benefitting under privileged individuals, - providing educational instruction and related activities, - sponsoring workshops, scholarships, events and demonstrations with a focus on teaching individuals in urban areas about hockey and the benefits of playing hockey and - other alumni activities.
