New York State Council For The Social Studies

The new york state council for the social studies is a professional association of teachers and supervisors at the elementary, secondary, college and university levels. Membership is open to all persons who teach, supervise, develop curricular, engage in research, or are otherwise concerned with social science education. The council is intended to be a marketplace of ideas and a forum for new materials, teaching methods, strategies, programs and personalities in social science education.
