Newnan-Coweta Historical Society Inc

The newnan-coweta historical society is dedicated to the interpretation and preservation of the historical, cultural and architectural heritage of coweta county through its programs, exhibitions, and collections while serving, engaging and educating the diverse communities of coweta county and the surrounding region. It is the primary source for historical information and resources about the community. The organization serves as a research center for scholars, academics, historians, writers, and public researchers and supports the work of preserving, studying, and promoting history through a robust scholarship fund and through collaborative work with academic institutions.
