Strategic partnerships - npff serves as the fiscal management agency for the newport county prevention coalitions (ncpc) three-year grant to address marijuana and drug use in the city of newport. Federal funds flow through npff to cover the expenses of this program. Npff writes monthly checks to ncpc and ncpc pays their salaries and expenses. As agent, these funds flow into npff and out npff. Npff receives management fees in the amount of $10,000 annually to serve in this role.
Npff programming includes planning for ed success, a project to enhance the availability of quality early children care staff and enhanced and connected services to pre-school and elementary aged school children; monthly networking and learning covenings of its members; and the annual presentation data in your backyard.
