CONFERENCESIn July 2024, three Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Orlando, Florida to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. Fifteen speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. Four hours of articulation and reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In January 2025, two Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Thailand to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. Fifteen speech, language, and reading evaluations were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In March 2025, three Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Cypress to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. Thirty-six speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. Three screenings were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In March 2025, five Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Thailand to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. Seventeen speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. 18 screenings were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In March 2025, three Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Turkey to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. Twenty-four speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children.
PUBLISHINGNext Generation Therapy Services continues to publish a comprehensive early literacy curriculum, Up-Words Reading. Sales of the Up-Words Reading curriculum continued via the web site to homeschool families, as well as, private and charter schools.
