Support and social services programming is also available to help improve the quality of life for youth, families, senior citizens, and all in the community through counseling and guidance, parenting classes, early literacy parent/child events, a new mothers' support group, healthy aging activities for seniors, and by connecting all in need to a variety of government services and other benefits. Events for senior citizens including annual senior proms and senior picnics, aimed at promoting socialization and combating isolation.
