To reduce the poverty in niagara county by initiating and conducting programs of self-sufficiency and to empower individuals and families to reach their fullest potential.

Weatherization assistance program: to assist income eligible niagara county residents with improvement in heating efficiency by producing fuel savings through energy conservation measures. 36 individuals served.
Food and shelter program: to provide emergency services to qualified low-income residents of niagara county. 6,013 individuals served.
Rural preservation program: to preserve and enhance the housing stock of eligible residents residing in the 12 rural towns and 5 villages of niagara county, ny. Eighteen houses were repaired benefitting 41 people in the fiscal year ending october 2024.
