Mission
The mission of nicaphoto is to empower disadvantaged children and their families living in the poorest barrios of nicaragua, allowing them to reach their full potential, and in doing so, to break the cycle of poverty.

Scholarships are provided for high school and university students. Scholarships are based on need and are given to make education accessible to even the most disadvantaged children and young people. In 2024 scholarships were given to 8 university students and 10 high school students.
