LIBRARY MANAGEMENT To improve the cost effectivness of members learning resource centers / libraries and alternative delivery programs through group buys of materials and services to facilitate the exchange of resources and information to strengthen the skills and knowledge of the members institutions personnel through staff developement activities and to serve as an advocate for issues and projects that enhance members instrtuctual support activities.
