The corporation provides support, encouragement and funding for cultural arts and all mediums of artistic expression in the niwot area, including but not limited to, performance art, painting, sculpture, weaving, quilting, music, dance, movement, drama, oral interpretation, storytelling, oral expression, creative writing, local cultural history, native american cultural history, and western american cultural history.

Sculpture park niwot sculpture park is a community-supported park managed by the ncaa located at the intersection of niwot road and 79th street near downtown niwot, co. The sculpture park exhibits works from local, regional, and international artists in an intimate setting open to the public. Proceeds from the sale of sculptures are invested back into the park's expansion.

Niwot children's park the park opened in 2016 and serves approximately 3,000 visitors per year. The park includes a reading tree to support the rotary's literacy program, a mammoth play sculpture which reflects the prehistoric history of the area, and a large play field for other outdoor activities. The park is used for many artistic and cultural presentations and activities, including children's art, historic artifacts, and programs addressing the cultural history of the area, such as prehistoric, native american, and railroad history.

Other activities supported by the organization are: sponsor or support art displays, concerts, plays, historical displays and projects; provide monetary support for artists and art projects; apply for grants and funding to support the arts and the promotion of culture in the niwot area; sponsor or support creative writing projects and community gatherings to support literature and the arts; acquire and own property, both real and personal, including a community park for public artistic performances and display of artwork and historical artifacts; offer support and encouragement, including administrative support, to other non-profit organizations providing services and activities which are consistent with the purposes of the corporation.
