The foundation was initially established to raise funds for the construction of a safe, handicap accessible playground at hubbard park, a municipal park located in meriden, ct. The playground is accessible to children from toddlers to age 12. Subsequent funds raised are used to enhance, maintain and support the playground or for other programs beneficial to young children within the community.
