Noble resources - podcast, mentoring, coaching tools, the manger build/dad's tools: our resources ministry continued to produce tools to encourage and equip pastors, ministry leaders, and other men in their various roles. Podcast episodes and blog posts addressed notable issues and topics. A new online course, 5 keys for effective men's discipleship, provided a roadmap for church leaders to launch church-based ministry. Both the manager build and dad's tools for spiritual leadership equipped men to lead their families in keeping christ in front of christmas. We restructured our communications strategy to fit the current staffing with a greater focus on clarity of messaging.
Church consulting - coaching - seminary engagement: we continued our church consulting efforts, leveraging various methods, including monthly zoom calls for leaders, presenting workshops at local state and national events, and conducting one-on-one meetings with pastors or men's ministry leaders. We also continued the work of investing in undergraduate and seminary students at southeastern seminary in wake forest, nc. We also increased visibility with and support for pastors of the sbc of virginia by participating in various pastor gatherings as well as the annual homecoming gathering.
National partnerships: noble warriors continues to participate in the ncmm (national coalition of ministries to men), familylife and the fatherhood comission to engage in meaniful relationships with other ministry leaders from across the country through scheduled meetings. Our executive directors also attended the annual meeting of the southern baptist convention to network with other ministry leaders and pastors. Local and state partnerships: noble warriors also continues to develop and refine deeper relationships and partnerships with other local and state ministries. Our team mobilized volunteers from a variety of churches to hostr a tailgate breakfast at the sbc of virginia's annual homecoming. We served breakfast to over 400 and enjoyed great exposure to church leaders.
