Non-Violence International

NVI provides fiscal sponsorship to a variety of groups committed to nonviolence, peace and justice. These fiscally sponsored partners are primarily focused in the areas of international peace building , grassroots organizing and humanitarian disarmament.

NVI endeavors to expand the capacity of and cooperation among nonviolent activists, social justice organizations and conflict resolution professionals, and other similar groups/individuals, recognizing that effective, nonviolent social change requires broad-reaching, and often cross-sector/cross-border engagement. In 2024, NVI carried out the following: support for nonviolent resistance to Russian anti war movement, supporting grassroots networks of trainers and activists around the world, and promoting nonviolent activism online.
