To support senior citizens of the united states by providing assistance with health care costs and other types of assistance. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and education purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. This corporation my carry on all lawful activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purpose as may be carried on by a corporation organized under massachusetts general laws chapter 180 and described in chapter 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, a amended. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, this corporation shall not except to an insubstantial degree, engage in activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the foregoing purpose.
