The nonprofit plug foundation serves as a vessel for the advancement of entreprenuership wihtin communitites. Our purpose is to empower individuals with the knowledge, resources, and skills necessary to create and sustain thriving nonprofits. Through a commitment to financial literacy, stabilitity, and viability, we aim to equi entrepreneurs with the tools needed to make a lasting impact on their communities.

Everyday heroes aims to unite watts youth and families, community-based organizations, schools, researchers, media makers, artists and grassroots organizers to create a comprehensive youth center accessible to all watts youth and families. The project builds on evidence-based research establishing that all young people need to build competence in six core areas. H.e.r.o.s.-represents these youth development competnecies - health, education, reacreation and arts, organizing, employment, and social justice. To promote youth development throughout watts, the project will also create and/or strengthen programs at the recreation centers that currently exist in three public housing developoments that have long been under-resourced, understaffed, and isolated.
