Support is customized to an organizations specific needs and may include fundraising strategy, program development, financial management, compliance guidance, and governance support. Services are delivered through weekly open office hours, one-on-one coaching, group trainings, webinars, resource sharing, and signposting to external expertise when appropriate. These efforts are designed to strengthen organizational capacity, improve operational effectiveness, and equip each program with the skills and tools needed to advance its mission and achieve long-term sustainability.
