The primary purpose of the Norco Horsemen's Association is to preserve the rural character of the city of Norco, California. This is achieved through encouraging and supporting equestrian activities. This organization achieves their stated goals through membership dues, in addition to using various fundraising activities. The proceeds of these activities are used to: provide scholarships, buy animals for junior members of the 4-H club, and also to aid financially struggling FFA members. This organization is committed to the preservation of large lots in the city of Norco in order to preserve the animal keeping lifestyle unique to Norco.
