The purpose of this organization is to raise funds for the construction and equipping of a cancer hospital. The hospital will be owned by wvu medicine, which are in themselves a qualified 501(c)3. This organization is not a suborganization of wvu medicine nor a related entity. The only relationship is the common goal of constructing a cancer hospital in morgantown, wv.
