The norris rbp residential and shelter care program is a multi-service treatment program that provides specialty out-of-home treatment to any gender youth addressing treatment needs in behavioral management, sexuality, aoda and mental health issues as well as family services and shelter care as needed for referred youth.

The norris beyond fostering program operates as a child placing agency to identify qualified foster parents and facilitate the placement of children in need of foster care. It serves youth of all ages, race, or gender as needed.

Other additional expenses related to the care and management of norris properties, investing activities, community/educational programs and general operational expenses.
