Mission
To promote the safe & efficient use of excavation shoring practices using the core values of industry knowledge & excavation, innovation, trust & integrity, safety, spirit of cooperation, & open & honest communication.

Held an annual convention and conference with approximately 180 attendees and 11 exhibiting companies. The event included a golf tournament, networking opportunities with exhibitors and other attendees as well as a general session with a motivational keynote speaker and educational breakout sessions.
Held two meetings with the board of directors(two in-person meetings) to discuss the financial health of the organization, as well as the currrent and future strategic direction.
