Enhanced care management (ecm) is a statewide medi-cal benefit for individuals offering comprehensive care coordination and support, including access to a lead care manager, and is designed to help individuals achieve their health goals by addressing both medical and social needs. Steppingstone started providing ecm services in july 2023 and by june 2024 served approximately 120 individuals per month.
