To provide labor-management assistance, research, and service to anyparticipating employer or labor organization; to improve communicationand relationships between representatives of labor and management inthe construction industry; to study and explore ways of eliminatingproblems that reduce competitiveness and economic development of theconstruction industry served by the north atlantic states regionalcouncil of carpenters.
