North Boroughs-Sewickley Area Meals On Wheels

The organization operates a meals on wheels program which provides home delivered meals to the elderly, home-bound, and disabled citizens in numerous communities in the north-west suburbs of pittsburgh, pennsylvania. The meals are prepared and distributed 5 days per week from 4 separate locations. The organization employs part-time cooks, part-time site coordinators and a bookkeeper; all other service activities and responsibilities are performed by the organization's 360+ volunteers. Approximately 50,500 meals were served during 2024.
