North Carolina Resource Conservation & Development Assoc

The purposes of the association shall be to effectively utilize and maintain the natural and human resources available thereby improving the living and working conditions within each rc&d district council of north carolina and to coordinate the rc&d activities throughout nc and actively speak for the rc&d organizations throughout the state and national levels.
