North Carolina Second Chance Community Development Corporation's mission is to assist in reducing the recidivism rate and increasing productive citizenship within our communities. We concentrate our efforts to serve individuals released from incarceration, but we understand that any form of criminal justice involvement is a barrier to success, therefore we embrace all those who are system- impacted, formerly incarcerated and currently incarcerated, and families who are economically impacted.
