Mission
The north carroll recreation council is an organization with the purpose of building a public recreation program using public school buildings, grounds, parks and facilities, volunteers and local organizations, both public and private to stimulate interest in promoting and furthering the cause of recreation.
Programs

Lacrosse - boys and girls learn, play and grow in a competitive lacrosse environment with supportive and experienced coaches.
Soccer - a youth soccer program offering a recreational league for boys and girls ages 3 to 18. The objective is to provide an opportunity for the children to experience the game of soccer, with enjoyment, competition, sportsmanship, fairness and equality to all players.
