NCEF manages 14 unique scholarships which are awarded to North Clackamas schools for graduating seniors. These scholarships include the bridges to success scholarships, which are awarded to multiple students, as well as several scholarships which support students pursuing degrees in music, stem fields, broadcasting, education, fields of service and culinary programs. 27 scholarships were awarded to 21 graduating North Clackamas seniors to continue their education at four-year universities, two-year community college or trade schools.

Library - Funds were provided to the North Clackamas School District for elementary library funding to engage and inspire students and improve reading outcomes.

Teach and Classroom Enhancement Grants: 27 grants were awarded to educators in 14 North Clackamas schools to fund innovative projects and technology. Grant requests were geared toward science, technology, art, and reading which engaged students as they learned print making, practiced Ballet Folklorico, explored books in their native languages, participated in hands on science at OMSI, and boosted their business marketing skills.
